Slumbr offers $5 flat fee ground shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, regardless of order size. So order away!

      2019 HOLIDAY HOURS: Happy holidays! Please be advised of special holiday hours. Slumbr’s shipments go out Monday-Friday before noon ET. Shipments typically reach our customers within 2-7 business days, depending on shipping destination and pillow type.

      If you’d like to receive pillows by the Christmas holiday, we highly recommend placing your order by the evening of December 12 to accommodate any potential shipping delays. You can always contact us at [email protected] before you place an order to get an estimation of when your shipment will arrive.

      We have expedited shipping options via FedEx available at checkout, but please note the days/hours that shipments will go out (M-F mornings). FedEx Standard 2-Day shipping ships on business days (ie: no weekend). Note: we will not be able to refund any expedited shipping fees if an order is returned.

      We will NOT be shipping out shipments on the following weekdays for the holidays: Christmas Eve Day, 12/24, Christmas Day, 12/25, New Year’s Eve, 12/31, New Year's Day, 1/1.

      We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, your items should reach you within 2-4 business days on the East Coast (US) and 5-7 business days on the West Coast (US). We ship orders Monday-Friday before noon ET and send shipment confirmations after your order has shipped. If you'd like to receive your order even sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. If you're particularly concerned about when your shipment will arrive, please feel free to email [email protected] for an estimation.

      We are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      We love our international friends, but at this time, we only ship to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and possessions or outside of the U.S.

      Returns and Exchanges

      We think our products are pretty amazing. But we get it -- sometimes things just don't work for all of us. For every pillow that you purchase, you get one exchange during your 30 Moon Trial.

      If you're still not satisfied with the pillow purchase, return your order to us for a refund of the purchase price in the original payment form (minus a $15 return fee) for items purchased within 30 days. The $15 return fee covers return shipping and handling costs for up to 2 pillows. For every additional returned pillow, we charge $15/pillow. If you choose expedited shipping for your original purchase, we cannot refund the full expedited shipping cost amount for returns. Click here for more information on why we charge a return fee.


      If, unfortunately, you receive a defective product, we'll waive the return fee. We offer a one-year warranty on defective product.

      IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT, please contact us at [email protected], and we will process your return promptly. Once we process your return, we will email you a return shipping label.

      IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT, please contact us at [email protected] We are happy to make a recommendation for the exchange, and we do not charge the return fee for an exchange. For exchanges, if you are satisfied with the new product and its price exceeds the original product price, we will invoice you for the additional cost difference. If the new product price is lower, we will refund the difference from the original product.
